The '''contact list''' is the primary interface that contains a list of [[Contact|contacts]] and optionally, groups as well. It is also referred to in the community as the ''Clist''.

Settings can be found in ''Main Menu->Options->Contact List''

There are currently 4 main contact lists:
* Classic - The default distributed with the Miranda. 
* Modern - Supports [[skins]] and many other features
* Nicer+ - Supports [[skins]] and many other features
* MultiWindow - A more advanced version of the classic contact list. Not actively maintained.
